L-Carnitine for drug tests (quick answer - easy question)
Swim needs to know a fast way to detox his body from THC, or atleast have it below the testing level. Swim is taking 3 "500MG" pills of L-Carnitine daily and drinking Yogi Tea's "Detox" drink (2-4 tea packets daily). Swim also exercises a little each day. Will this do it? How many of the L-Carnitine should swim take daily, each pill is 500mg, the label says 3-4, should swim take more or less to burn all the fat quicker? or does L-Carnitine not even work? let me know plz.
also, please post here the best way you have successfully detoxed from THC quickly, swim is only interested in way to detox from THC, no other substance. thanks
