Gurn , Jaw , Friday Night

My close friend Rodger took pills for only the third time on Saturday and got the worst jaw from gurning all night. He tells me he forgot to chew gum as he was having to much of a good time, he is going out tommorow and wonderd if taking pills again will do any harm, he said his jaw was so bad that yesterday he couldnt eat his burger and tonight struggled to eat some chicken.

Any help with cure or prevention for friday , or advice on something else rodger should take?

Magnesium taken before will go some of the way to reducing his problems, but not completely. Read up on it. Gum cannot be forgotten! Gum is essential, and plenty of it!

And Squirrel would recommend spacing out MDMA usage much much more than over once a week. He reckons that MDMA should probably taken once a month at most. Things can get a little too neurotoxic for his liking, and he'll start getting bad comedowns pretty fast.

There are conflicting reports, but with personal experience, magnesium has helped many of my raver friends.

Also, I have to doubly agree with the above poster in saying only giving a week between MDMA dosages is far too little time and a bad habit to get into.

SWIM also agrees with this. Wait at least a month. It is way more fun! Swim has been doing it weekly for the last 3 month and well SWIM personally hasn't been effected by it, but loved ones around him he has noticed an incredible personally change. Be careful / be safe / watch out for those around you.

So really all swim is saying is don't fall into the habit of doing it weekly.

When taking magnesium, take calcium alongside it, and never on an empty stomach. These two should be taken as a 2:1 ratio (calcium : magnesium) so whatever dose you take of calcium, take twice the amount of magnesium with it.
If you take any of these minerals alone, one depletes the existing blood levels of the other.

Magnesium also gives you the shits if taken alone or on empty stomach.
