Swim has been told to keep base strong you have to keep it frozen

anyone know anything about this SWIM has been offer a load for a very good price but will need to kep it freash over a few months 3-6 ish

SWIM doesn't know about frozen... he usually hears it must be kept cold and dry.

Polly with the Brolly used to keep her speed in the freezer.
She never did find out if it was just some dealers spin, so the gluke and water kept it moist.
She kept it frozen, just in case, anyway.
