Injecting on foot??

swims inside arms have had abit of abuse lol,he wants 2 knw any other "good" places 2 inject,he has massive thick hard veins on his foot,are they safe????they are the big hard thick ones you have on the top of your foot,swim hasnt been injecting long himself swim always had his mates doing it for him but they arent about,please help info as much as possible thanks
