relaxing herbal tea?
Swim has been researching some herbs he/she has available around the house. swim is thinking of making a tea/tincture for a nice relaxed euphoria anti-anxiety (before bed?) containing:
catnip (supposed to be relaxing) Hops (related to marijuana and sedating) ginger (relaxing/mild euphoria) swim is thinkin out loud hear so please dont flame him/her too hard haha swim thinks he/she will try it this week... any advice? think its stupid? worth trying? anything? lol please respond asap
