Swim wonders whether availablity is similar everywhere.

Swim doesn't often actively seek illegal's so his info is pretty limited, but here's an idea of availability near him:

Cannabis: Readily available. If you don't know a dealer you know somebody who does. Getting a contact is usually pretty easy.

Ecstacy: Easy to get hold of, but not as easy as cannabis. Swim could get some within afew days if he wanted

MDMA: Fairly hard to come across, but certainly available. SWIM could probably have some within afew weeks if he really wanted to.

Cocaine: Swim wouldn't really know, but believes it wouldn't be difficult to find.

LSD: A bit of a pain. You have to be a bit lucky.

Crack/Heroin - Swim doesn't move in circles where they're used, so wouldn't know

Methamphetamine - Swim's never even come across a real life user as far as he knows, and it doesn't seem like its very common in his country.

Everything is pretty available where swim is from. But LSD is rare as hens teeth and crack literally doesn't exist. It just aint never been here ever. Oh and of course no pcp.

In SWIM's area, the most easy drug to get and the also the cheapest is Paco (some kind of dirty smokeable cocaine). Poor kids wash windshields so they can buy some with the coins people give them.
Then you can get weed, coke, acid, pure MDMA... if you got the connection, pretty easy too. Some dealers make delivery.
Rarely seen: Heroin.
And its pretty easy to get a big tank of N2O.

In Chicago, crack and heroin are the most available. You can just drive to the west side and find a street dealer in a minute or 2 (it's gang controlled and professional, NOBODY rips people off during the day). Probably weed, powder coke, and ecstasy are the next most available, but there aren't as many places where people sell them on the street, and you really need to know someone to get them. Mushrooms are available, and you can get ketamine and crystal meth if you know some gay partiers. LSD is rare as hell here.

P.S. you also can find PCP occasionally if you know any mexican bangers.

Most common street drugs - Cannabis , Pills ( may or not contain MDMA ) , amphetamine and Cocaine.

Harder to find but in circulation - Ketamine , Blotters ( may or may not contain LSD ), MDMA powder.

Lilttle fishy will only comment on the mainstream stuff:

Cannabis, Amphetamines and Cocaine pretty much available everywhere, if you don't know someone you certainly will have a contact who does and can get it within the hour.

Crack and Heroin, not little fishys sort of thing but knows quite a lot of people in a small area who sell. Easy to get in an hour or two if you know a user.

Ecstasy and LSD, fairly easy to come by, day at most.

Clean crystal MDMA and Ketamine, quite rare, need the right contacts and usually obtainable within a couple of days.

Benzos, although they are probably quite common little fishy can't seem to find the right contacts and neither can his friends - which kind of suggests they are quite rare as they can source most things fairly quickly.

Methamphetamine, really rare although someone has had some around her recently.

It seems that Marijuana grows on trees where swim lives. It is by far the easiest illicit drug to obtain in his area. Quality is often equivalent to stuff you see on the cover of high times.

Stimulant drugs are also readily available, as they are very popular with college kids. These amphetamine-like pharmaceuticals can be obtained from "normal" people who would never touch any other drug. Many people are prescribed to Adderall, Ritalin, Concerta, Vyvanse, etc.

Cocaine is pretty common but it's kind of a shady business to be in. Quality varies from baking soda to grade A product, so you must know the right people if you want to get the good stuff. If you go to the bar you will see at least a few people with the sniffles.

Ecstasy is hit and miss. Junk pills are always available, but quality MDMA is hard to come by. Powder MDMA is nonexistent.

As for psychedelics, mushrooms are easily obtained but that's about it. LSD is rare, and its a very special occasion when it comes around. The average person would have no chance at obtaining LSD around here. It's all about who you know. Mushrooms however, are very good quality but overpriced in swim's opinion.

Ketamine- Virtually non existent.

Benzos- Half the population has a prescription.

Opiates- Very popular within circles of friends. Outside the circle its very taboo though. Heroin and Oxycontin can be easily obtained from your junkie friend.

LSD comes in waves, and goes FAST
mushrooms are the same, exept expensive, and more often
Cocaine's pretty easy, if you're already in the drug world
Heroin, not gonna happen. Go to the city. Supposedly the "badlands" the dealer comes to you! Doesn't sound that bad to me.....

Cannabis and Methamphetamine in the area swim lives in now.

In her hometown, she could find everything, and people seemed to be more experimental and open.

Swim's current place of residence is well-know for its meth production and consumption, and its ravaging effects on her county.

Oh, methadone and any number of pain pills are pretty common, too...so swim says.

What swim knows of in his location is that it is easy to weed, he can get that anytime, no problem. Amphetamins goes up and down, but most usually its pretty easy. For swim it took about 2-3 weeks to lsd aswell, and opiates in pills are virtually non-existent. But I think cocain and heroin is easy to get, but Im not sure about that one. Swim hasnt really looked into it, looked into cocaine once but it was too expensive, and swim is considering looking into heroin. But as swim knows of:

But, swims guy who gets stuff says he can get anything. He gets all his shipments from sweden, and therefore it takes some time some time. Except weed.

In SWIM's area, Cocaine is readily available, even more so than Cannabis. But it's low quality, cheap and not SWIM's bag at all. Crack is everywhere, specially downtown.

Ecstasy would be next, but it's expensive and not the real thing in SWIM's opinion unless you have good connections. Same with LSD, just a bit harder to find. Meth, if SWIY go to the right places.

Heroin, apparently, is not very popular here, as SWIM has never even heard about it from from even his most 'hardcore' friends.

It all depends on who you know.

4 SWIM & his area:

#1 Cannabis
#2 Pharmaceuticals (opiates, benzos, muscle relaxers, amphetamine, barbiturates etc..)
#3 Cocaine (although SWIM does not do the drug)
#4 Heroin (a few ppl SWIM knows have tried it 1 he knows has died from it, not too common but nonetheless available in certain clicks)

Psychedelics, other than shrooms are definately the hardest to come by, but then again, it's all about connections.

In SWIMs area most people are either into strictly cannabis, strictly coke, strickly pharma-grade pill poppers (they think it's safer/better than weed), or are just full blown poly drug abusers/users

In the suburbs of LA anything can be found. Cannabis in a heartbeat and meth, coke, ecstacy, sometimes opium within a few hours. Swim has never tried to pick up heroin, but is sure he could get some in a reasonable amount of time. Getting a hold of pharms without a script will take a few calls, maybe a day, but arn't impossible to get acquire. The toughies are shrooms, acid and ketamine, which exist, but are far from commonplace.

In the boring suburbs drugs are our only form of entertainment.

Extremely common:
Meth (huge around here), coke/crack, marijuana, opiate pharms

Depends on who SWIY knows:
Acid, mushrooms, heroin, ecstacy

Relatively rare:
Ketamine, PCP

There is virtually ever drug imaginable here in the northwest bmore metropolitan area, but as far as good deals go, apparently only heroine, ecstasy and crack are reasonably priced. Unfortunately for my rabbits, they don't do those drugs so they don't get to benefit from some of the best deals in the states

Marijuana - for SWIM, weed is practically the easiest thing in the world to get: he could walk down the street right now and get a bag within probably 15 minutes.

sedative-hypnotics - SWIM has gotten benzodiazepines before around here, but it's kind of rare without a prescription, or knowing someone with one. as for barbiturates and quaaludes, unheard of around here, as far as SWIM knows.

opium - non-existent here unless you grow it yourself.

codeine (tylenol 3) - fairly easy to find.

hydrocodone - kind of a pain in the ass to go find, but more or less available.

oxycodone - a rarity here: the one time SWIM bought some oxycontin off the street, he looked up the pill markings, and it was some weak sleeping pill. much easier to get in other cities around, but not mine.

buprenorphine (suboxone) - occasionally available from someone SWIM knows with a prescription.

heroin - readily available, SWIM is still debating about whether or not to try it.

cocaine - readily available in both powder and rock form, SWIM has not tried it yet though.

amphetamine (adderall) - right now, readily available. SWIM could get some within a day or two, and never has had any trouble finding it.

Methamphetamine - not sure, SWIM never really has hung out with the meth crowd before, but it's probably around.

MDMA - SWIM tried a street-made brown pill with a stamp on it, sold as ecstasy, and it didn't seem to do much. probably wasn't real MDMA, but it too is probably around with the right connections, however SWIM has no connections to get good-quality MDMA.

psilocybin mushrooms - SWIM hasn't tried them yet, but knows he could get a handful probably within a week.

LSD - many people claim they can get acid, but in the end, always end up unable to acquire it. unfortunately it seems pretty rare here, and SWIM has yet to try it.

DMT - unheard of here, and SWIM has never tried it before.

mescaline - not unless you grow your own cacti. SWIM hasn't tried it yet.

ketamine - unheard of here. SWIM hasn't tried this either.

PCP - see above.

and naturally, legal drugs like alcohol, DXM, Salvia divinorum are a piece of cake to get, although SWIM hasn't tried any of the above except alcohol.

SWIM can comment on two areas of the US:

Midwest (Kansas City area):

1) Cannabis

SWIM says other drugs such as MDMA and ketamine are available (especially in the DFW area of Texas) but are very rare and must be sought out. Since, SWIM does not dabble in the black market anymore he is not as informed as he once was. There is always some rare drug that seems to run strong for a couple of weeks then dissappear for a couple of years.

Cannabis is widely available, ecstasy pills are easy to get hold of. MDMA is quite common. Ketamine seems to come in all at once but when its in its widely available. Cocaine is pretty easy to get hold of. SWIM's down was nicknamed "Heroin Capital of Europe" so im assuming its also widely available. Just go to the local bus station and you will see that alot of people take it! Of course all of this information was given to me by a user..

SWIM finds Ganja and MDMA(Crystal form) to be most readily available, with Acid, coke and ecstasy pills pretty easy to get also, Ketamine, Speed easy if you got the right connections. Things like DMT are also possible, but need good connections and are quite a lot of effort to get.

Kind Bud is everywhere (although its usually nothing to write home about), schwag, xanax can be found just about any time, methadone, assorted painkillers are hard for swim to find sometimes but are around. LSD and research chemicals passed off as LSD come around maybe monthly/bi-monthly. Ecstasy is always in the area, mostly in the ghetto. coke, crack and meth are around... swim's never been able to find heroin or ketamine.
