UK - busted with <1 gram Ketamine - serious?
What if Swim were to be busted in the uk with slighly less than a gram of K, and a joint's worth of weed. Lets say he already has a reprimand for weed from when he was 17, and now he's over 18 he was given a warning for the joint's worth and street bail for the K.
Does anyone have any idea of what the likely outcome would be? If he has to go to the pig station to be 'dealt with' over the K how likely is it that he would be detained for any length of time? Would he get a conviction? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
