Oral use - my friends cat has questions bout HBWR

Well my friends cat decided that he wanted to try HBWR so after he got 100 fresh HBRW seeds he decided 12 seeds would be the dosage and he started scraping all the fuzzy stuff off them with his knife and claws said it took forever and then crushed the seeds to semi powder/powder like substince and put in jelly jar watch contained water from a freashy bought gallon of water. my friends cat wants to know after 12 hours of letting it sit in the jar of fresh water should he drink the water with the gunk or coffie filter out just the water and drink that. he says he just shaked the jar and put it in the refreagrator and the water has a green color.

He would probably only want to drink the water. Seed matter usually makes people sick, so tell him to filter it. That's a long extraction. Green water? O.o
