Preserving GHB?

Whats a good way to preserve GHB?



SWIM goes on trips quite a bit so making it there isn't really an option but he likes using while on.



The few times he has stored a batch for any period of time it seems to go back to GBL based on taste .



Powder packed in gelcaps even though it was bone dry when put in and
stored in an airtight container with silica gel packets still begins
going gooey and warping the gelcaps!



SWIM knows GBL will keep indefinitely but he prefers GHB, anyway to make it keep?

Perhaps raising the pH a bit would prevent it going back to gbl. (like 8.5-9).

I had a small bottle of G from 1996 when it was legal here kept in the fridge. It was still fine 9 years later Edited by: anjin

anjin is correct. You need to keep the pH in the 8.5-9.5 to keep the solution as GHB

when u dilute it the Ph drops to around 6 even if u make at ph 9..


the only solution is to keep in the fridge or keep it pure and dilute when u going to drink it..which is a pain...
