well how about this one? if you eat poppy seads it will show up on your piss test as morphine ( as will using heroin or any opiate i believe). not sure if its true or not but when swim was on the methadone sentence, i mean program, he was getting piss tested regularly and well, you know how it is...anyway he used the 'i ate some poppy seed bagels' excuse and the doc just laughed and said, ok, i'll accept this one...just this once!

Yes.. In fact, if you ingest enough of them, they can kill you too. It's
your classic O.D. on opiates. The better way is to steep them though.

and these are from the opium poppies. All others are toxic to people.

There are extremely minute quantities of morphine and codeine in poppy
seeds. But it would require insane amounts of the seeds to obtain any
effect. If you want an opium high, grow out the seeds p

i read somewhere that you should steep them and use vitamin c or
somethin to help bring out the active ingredients, otherwise you will
get really sick. so i'm planning on trying this soon, and your
sure i can find them at a plain old grocery store like giant? if so, i
believe i'm in buisness.

Well, I won't go into all of the details here, they are all over the net
if you look for them.


The bottom line is this.


You would need to find a good source of seeds, and the only way to
do that is by trying different brands, and places until you found some.


When you find a good source, it only takes about 8 oz of seeds, and
you will be high as hell.


Around this area of life, you can buy 16oz plastic containers full of
them for about $4.98 out the door. They are also coated in enough
opium, if you are not careful, you could land yourself 6 foot under.


It all depends on where the manufacturer is getting their seeds from,
and how well they rinse them before sale, if at all.


You can find all of this info on the net if you spend about 3-5 days
searching for it. You won't find any real good info in the first search,
you'll have to dig deep, and work at it.


I guess it all depends how bad you want to know this information as
to how hard you'll research it.


As a last note, if you try this, be damned careful! You may try three
or four different brands, and get little to no results, and about the
time you are getting disgusted with all of this shit is the time you will
buy the brand that is coated to hell with this shit. At which point
you'll make the whole damned container full, down it all, laughing the
whole time thinking to yourself (why am I even doing this shit), and
then about 45 minutes later, you'll be dead in your own vomit.


Don't take what I just said lightly, I'm not kidding, and people have
done this very thing and have died from it. So take it easy and slow,
sip don't chug, and just relax and see how it's going. If they're good
seeds you'll know within an hour, and you can always get more, but
you can't always decide that you took to much, and want to give it
back.

yeah i know, i've read a lot about overdoses on the poppy seeds, i went
out and got a couple bottle today, but i think i shoulda looked a
little harder, heh, bout 5 bucks for 1.6 ounces, stole 3

so i'm gonna work on that for a bit see how it goes, is there a good
standard dose i should try *i know that poppy seeds vary in potency by
quite a bit*, i just want a good starting amount and increase/decrease
from there.

Well, back when SWIM was using seeds, he started out with about
6oz of them. (to test the waters first)


Supplies used:


28oz plastic peanut butter jar
New nylon stocking (first 8-10 inches of foot end no toe padding kind)
1 large coffee mug
1 cup smoking hot tap water
1/4 cup lemon juice from concentrate


6oz of seed gets put into plastic peanut butter jar.


one cup of the hottest tap water gets dumped in with seeds.


1/4 cup of lemon juice gets dumped into jar as well, and everything
gets stirred up.


Stir about every 5 minutes for 30-45 minutes.


Place stocking over jar and pull down so that it's fairly tight, but will
allow a little sag for the seed to drop into.


Place large coffee mug on table, and tip jar and let the juice fill the
mug. As it reaches the end, a little shaking helps get the last few
drops.


Now, SWIM would drink about half of this mixture, and then wait
about 45 minutes to an hour to test the effects. If more was needed,
SWIM would drink more.


From this point, SWIM would know how good the seeds were, and
if he needed to add more the next time, or try a whole new source
altogether.


That's what SWIMs method was in the past, and he says it was
pretty safe for finding out what he needed to know. It's time
consuming, but SWIM says it's better safe than sick or dead.

the best way to feel high from poppy seeds is to get between 5 and 8 poppy seed pods from your local nursery or florist, dry them and make a lot of tea. you should feel the high a few hours after drinking the tea. if you can't get seed pods, you can get seeds and grow your own poppies and harvest the pods. you might have to pollinate the flowers your self by taking pollin on a Q-tip and sticking it in another flower. it is a lot of work, but every one that belongs to a site like this could use some gardening skills.

I believe unless they (nursery or florist) are one of the very few left,
you'll be hard pressed to find any selling opium poppies anymore.


To find those, you'll have to go online, and most offered online are
covered in pesticides.


SWIM got his last order of online poppies from the only source that
he's been able to find that are clean (no pesticides), but they were
covered in black mold on the outside. SWIM got sicker than hell, so
he has given up on the dried florals altogether.


He's been investigating kratom as a replacement, but has yet to find
success with this as well.

Sorry if this was already said but cocaine is NOT made from the
cocoa (C-O-C-O-A) plant, chocolate is. Coke is made from the Coca
(C-O-C-A) plant. And if you eat coca leaves or drink coca tea you
do feel the coke high.
