will this work?
swim recently got some cimetidine tablets. he looked them up and say they inibit the cyp___ enzyme that most opiods are metabolized by. swim si wondeirng if then it would be a good potentiator of them? anyone got any ideas? any one ever tried it?

Yes, as long as the cyp_ enzyme is the enzyme that the particular opiate in question is metabolized by. GFJ is ussually the best option 4 opiates metabolized via cyp3a4 enzyme, I'm sure the 2 in combonation would increase plasma levels a lot.
