Question Diphenhydramine dosage help!!!
Swim has tried a low dose of diphenhydramine (100 mg) once before. He is wanting to take it a little higher. What dose should he try next?

120mg I would say. Or around there. Not over 150mg. Don't want to overshoot the dose and have an even more horrible time. Work up SLOWLY on doses, as in, don't double the dose every time or some crazyness.

You are aware diphenhydramine is a deliriant, correct?

Swim is aware this is a deleriant and has done Amanita Mucaria and Datura and enjoyed both of them very much.

Make sure to use a pure diphen product too. Don't want other substances in there. Can be very dangerous.

Swiy sounds like they enjoy what they get. Just be safe.

Swim did take 300mg a week ago and 300 last night. Both experiences were very weird and very enjoyable. Swim thinks he will stay at this dose but might go a little higher in the future. (Swim is only 115 pounds. His family is full of really tiny czech people.)

My raver friend had always indulged at 500mgs or greater whenever he wanted to go into the introspective paranoid delirious state which brought out actual hallucinations. He's 6'4" rail thin and about 170lbs.

He advises going into the trip with an open mind, clear of expectations, and just enjoy whatever effects happen to come SWIY's way. Then learn from the experience and titrate the dosage so that it reaches where SWIY wants to go, next time. Also It would be advisable to space dosages out. One swimmer here started dosing very high daily, never allowing his body to recover fully, and it had some gruesome effects.
