Australia - ecstasy laws and dealers

Hi SWIM recently got in contact with a new ecstasy dealer and has bought from him 2 times now, however this dealer makes SWIM nervous. He is not very careful at all, the first time he asked to buy was at a club when we were all dancing, when SWIM told him what he wanted the dealer straight away got out the pills on the dance floor and gave them to SWIM. It was in the middle of many people and people could easily see if they were looking. This time SWIM shrugged it off. But the second time when SWIM met him at a car park SWIM brought him to his car but instead of using the car as cover so people couldn't see there was a clear line of sight to people waiting at the traffic lights. SWIM nearly said something but instead he just quickly grabbed the pills quickly so nobody could see. This is making SWIM nervous.

Swim was wondering what penalty there is if he gets caught buying and also for another occasion at what amount of pills does the law go from personal use to intent to distribute and what those charges would be.
