Berocca effervescent tablets - good for preloading ?

I have just come accross energy tablets called "Berocca" that you stick into a glass of water, which then disolves the tablet and produces an energy giving drink without caffene or sugar.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berocca

The pack says its got the vitamin B group with vitamin C with added calcium, zinz and magnesium.

Americans may not be able to buy this stuff, but because it appears to have magnesium and calcium in it would this drink be an ideal thing to drink for preloading ?

would this be ok to drink an hour before dosing ?

Answering your question would require a definition of "preloading."

If SWIY intends to increase the availability of serotonin, I see no reason why this would serve such a purpose.
