Culture - what do you hate most about the annoying people at clubs?

Okay, so SWIM is trying very hard last night to roll and dance and have a good time. SWIMs boyfriend and her were at a cool venue and one of her favorite DJs was playing. All was going seeming well with molly (obvious understatement) UNTIL there was an attack of ANNOYING PEOPLE AT CLUBS! aka the people at clubs who take part in unnecessary and inappropriate activities, bad club manners. Last night for SWIM and boyfriend included:
1. NONSTOP "pushy awkward college kids who aren't into the dance/rave scene but heard the DJ was cool" moving back and forth from stage to back obnoxiously. Literally, there was always someone (or worse when there's a TRAIN of them) pushing past them while they are trying to get their dance on.

2. People trying to text in the middle of the dance floor, period.

3. The people who are really messed up on drugs or alcohol and are dancing way obnoxiously and not cool at all. Possible flailing of limbs and awkward situations for everyone in the surrounding area.

I just want to add that even though this is a negatively posed thread SWIM would like me to tell you all that this did not however ruin her experience in the slightest because between the music, her boyfriend, and of course-molly everything was amazing!
But still, lets talk shit about these funny persons.

That's why my raver friend appreciates how underground the US rave culture is. You don't have casual clubbers at all. You only have people in the know or friends of said people.

Yes I am very thankful for the underground scene but unfortunately sometimes word gets out about good places or DJs, suckss, but you make it good

Agree with swiraverhippie, swidj has played at party's where every1 raving having a good time seabreezes are flowing kids are dancing ,flowing, liquid'n ..lights are spining..then the drunks arive, and it's like the guy on the visa check card commercial, that interupts the entire flow, swidj has often changed the record at this point just make a statement,lol..drunks and ravers dont mix, they are not on the same level, no raver kids ever say lets pop a couple tabs, then go to a kegger, in contrast drunks frequently say, lets get wasted and go to a pill party, more reason than none, thats where the fly girls are at,lol-DJ

I hate there overpriced drugs that are cut all to shit,i hate the hos that want to get in grandmas pants when all she want is to find some drugs and get the fuck out,

And most of all i hate the drunk guys that need to start a fight to prove how big/small there nut sack is.

my raver friend recently went to a normal nightclub because one of his personal favorite rave DJs were playing (AC Slater) and he really needed a night of dancing and release. There was this girl that was obviously hitting on him since he was the only one coordinated enough to dance well in the entire place. (Think drunk tanned, gelled hair, fist pumping drunk douches). Anyways she comes over and he told her "I'm a raver and I'm waiting for a DJ to come on later". She's like "This isn't a rave you shouldn't be here." Then she came back later obviously further inebriated than the last time he saw her. She was aggressively asking him for drugs then proceeded to shove/punch him when she realized he was clean and had nothing for her. She wouldn't even dance with him when he offered.

LOL, nice sounds like a typical case of attack of the sackchaser, if she was smart she would of been looking for the guy in the corner shivering, not the coordinated dancer,lol..and once they get hooked up..oops just got a phonecall..gotta go..peace..gotta love the sackchaser, they gets no love from swidj, accept maybe an invite to the afterparty..if they bring enough friends

what the hell man, even if he was carrying he should have been the one punching her for telling him he shouldn't be there over her tanned drunk ass! i am pretty sure the night i discussed previously was filled with those types, there were definitely girls looking as described..and the bathroom girl-talk consisted of:
"is sally rolling??"
"yeaaah omg she's rolling soo hard"
"yeah?? what about stacy?"
"OMFG no! are you joking stacy would NEVER!!"

To SWIM, the biggest annoyance are those men who act as if they have pure testosteron running through their veins.

SWIM doesn't mind his girlfriend dancing with other men, or them dancing with her; as long as she's okay with it and has a good time, SWIM isn't bothered. A substantial amount of guys, however, have a tendency to want to go ballistic whenever such a situation presents itself. SWIM recollects being at a club and some girl, horribly drunk or high or whatever, pushing her ass into him, stumbling against him from time to time. Naturally, SWIM couldn't care less, found the whole thing even somewhat amusing to witness. Unfortunately, the girl's boyfriend (a hopeful gangster who, quite obviously, would never make the grade) did not share SWIM's sentiment. For the remainder of the night this character kept breathing down SWIM's neck, staring at him with angry little eyes, pointing SWIM out to his friends, as if by accident pushing him or attempting to trip him up. When exciting the club, SWIM would probably have been beaten to a pulp by the fellow and his posse of third-rate ruffians, had he not been in the company of a dozen or so mates.

It's as if, for that type of people, dancing with a girl is a mere one step removed from having anal sex with her.

On the other end of the spectrum and, in fact, equally annoying, one finds a certain breed of single men who leave the house in the hopes of granting their right hand the night off for once. SWIM can't recall an evening out that didn't involve, at one time or another, his girlfriend dragging him to the bar just to get rid of some shady prick who followed her ass all over the dance floor, seemingly oblivious to any sort of hint effectively telling him to piss off.

SWIM cant agree more with your assessment. Why cant theses jerks understand she came to the club to get fucked up not fucked.

It's as if, for that type of people, dancing with a girl is a mere one step removed from having anal sex with her.

Other pet peves:
1) People spinning glo sticks with no thought as to how dangerously close they are to others.
2) People who will walk in between the the guy with glo sticks blowing someone up and the person being blown up with out an excuse me or anything
3) Strangers who ask can I drink off your water? Use your Vicks? Hit your balloon?
4) Assume you will hook them up even though you dont know them
5) Anounce to everyone that SWIM hooked them up
6) Guys who want to give her a back rub who cant tell her shoulders from her tits
7) Bouncers who follow you around all night

SWIM thanks you for starting this thread as she has needed the proper forum to vent.

No, they make it their business to walk around drinking proteïne shakes or these little juices which have carrots as their primary ingredient. Or they stand in the back, conversing with the undercover cop about how bad this whole drug scene is becoming.

Their obvious normality in the midst of what often seems like a vortex of all kinds of people, cemented together by collectively tripping out or appearing utterly mashed or being busy getting to either of the aforementioned states, sends out these horribly negative vibes. It's a constant reminder that the night will inevitably draw to a close and that by the time you walk out the club's front door it'll be morning and all you will come across is this dreadful everyday normality.

two fucked up things that bother beenthere, one is when someone male or female spills there drink on you or your date. second would be the girls who cant decline a dance without making you feel like a loser.

A bouncer SWIM knows couldn't help but brag to one of SWIM's friends about how much coke he does. It just makes stumbling out of a public toilet and him looking at SWIM with those shady little eyes all the more frustrating.

-guys (love it when girls do it..) who take their shirts off, get sweaty and proceed to make sure they have stumbled all over everybody.

-people who push and shove on purpose

-fat/ugly people- my mood just drops a whole level when I see them.

SWIM agrees about the busting glo sticks. Ever got that crap in your eye? SWIM had some jerk show up at her party with a friend of hers. FYI glo stick goo will ruin a CD or DVD if it gets on it. RIP Sasha & Digweed Renaissance: The Mix Collection CD. Now out of print GRRRR! It will also stain the paint on the walls, cloths, and furniture. SWIM should have know the guy would be trouble when he showed up with beer.
