SWIM wollte wissen ob es medikamente gibt die codein enthalten und Rezeptfrei sind?

da wird swim in de nicht fündig werden da alle codeinpräparate rp sind.

allerdings soll es nach wie vor in frankreich präparate geben, die lediglich apothekenpflichtig sind.

mmmmhhh.....codein ist doch ein mittel welches bei lokal-OP´s eingesetzt wird um die stelle via injektion zu betäuben oder????.....also wenn ich mich da recht entsinne.......das bekommt man hier ohne rezept....

nein, codein wird hauptsächlich bei trockenem reizhusten eingesetzt, seltener als analgetikum.

keine ahnung was zur lokalanästesie eingesetzt wird, wahrscheinlich licodain, benzocain oä.

Resyl Tropfen

Wirkstoff: Guaifenesin

Zulassungsinhaber und Hersteller
Novartis Consumer Health - Gebro GmbH, Fieberbrunn

Zusammensetzung
1 ml Resyl- Tropfen (= 30 Tropfen) enthält:
Guaifenesin 100 mg
Saccharin 2,5 mg
Äthanol (95 %) 455,5 mg

Eigenschaften und Wirksamkeit
Resyl- Tropfen verflüssigen das zähe Bronchialsekret und erleichtern das Abhusten.

Anwendungsgebiete
Zur Linderung des Hustens und Förderung des Abhustens, vorwiegend bei Erkältungen der oberen Luftwege.

Art der Anwendung
Die Tropfen nimmt man in Wasser, Tee oder auf einem Stück Zucker.

Anwendungshinweis:
Fläschchen beim Tropfenzählen senkrecht halten.

Dosierung
Erwachsene 3-4mal täglich 20-30 Tropfen.
Kinder 1-3 Jahre: 8-10 Tropfen 2mal täglich.
3-6 Jahre: 12-15 Tropfen 2mal täglich.
6-12 Jahre: 15-20 Tropfen 3-4mal täglich.
Zusätzlich zur Einnahme des Medikamentes ist reichliche Flüssigkeitszufuhr z.B. in Form von Tee, Fruchtsaft etc. empfehlenswert.

Gegenanzeigen
Bekannte Überempfindlichkeit gegen den Wirkstoff.
Schwangerschaft und StilIperiode:
Es gibt keine Hinweise auf ein Risiko im Verlaufe der Schwangerschaft. Da es nicht bekannt ist, ob die Wirksubstanz in die Muttermilch übertritt, sollten aus Sicherheitsgründen Frauen, die das Präparat einnehmen, nicht stillen.

Nebenwirkungen
In seltenen Fällen können auf Überempfindlichkeit beruhende Hautausschläge und ganz vereinzelt Magen-Darm-Beschwerden, z.B. in Form von Brechreiz oder Magendrücken, auftreten.

Wechselwirkungen, Gewöhnungseffekte
Sind bisher keine bekannt.

Besondere Warnhinweise zur sicheren Anwendung
Bei Auftreten von Nebenwirkungen sollte ärztliche Behandlung in Anspruch genommen werden. Die empfohlene Dosis sollte nicht überschritten werden. Bei Fortbestand der Beschwerden oder wenn der erwartete Erfolg durch die Anwendung nicht eintritt, ist ehestens eine ärztliche Beratung erforderlich.

Verfalldatum beachten.

Für Kinder unerreichbar aufbewahren.

ja es gibt diesen hustensaft, aber nicht der der oben aufgeführt ist. aber die dosierung ist extrem gering (100ml saft ca. insgesamt 20mg Codein) brauch man schon etwas mehr.

Codein wird auch öfters mal als Kombination mit Paracetamol und Coffein gegen Schmerzen verwendet Z.b. Dolomo, wurde mal SWIM vom Arzt verschrieben.

einfach mal eine schöne urlaubsreise in die schweiz machen, da gibts codi frei in jeder apotheke.
stells mir lustig vor, jede apotheke abklappern und dann mit der vollen alditüte versuchen über die grenze zu kommen. die blicke der zällners würd ich gerne sehen "joa, ich hab halt extremen reizhusten *hust* röchel* und das ist in der schweiz billiger"

Vielleicht leicht OT, aber was sind in DE die besten rezeptpflichtigen Codeintabs für eine Extraktion? SWIM möchte am Ende möglichst viel Reinstoff rausbekommen.

SWIM hat keine genauen Präperatnahmen, allerdings folgende Information:

Schweiz Zubereitungen, die nicht mehr als 2,5 % in der Zubereitung oder abgeteilter Form 100 mg Codein enthalten, sind zum Teil rezeptfrei erhältlich.

In Engeland gibt es sogar Dihydrocodein in Form von Paramol Tabletten rezeptfrei.

Einfach mal nach googlen und es tauchen viele nette online Apotheken auf.

Der Codein Linctus ist leider nicht mehr erhältlich.

Rezeptfrei gibt es allenfalls DXM "Ratiopharm Hustenstiller". Für die Kodein getunte Paracetamol Arznei braucht man ein Rezept. Das sollte aber kein grosses Problem darstellen. Ärzte mit Kulis gibt es doch genug...
