Combinations - Salvinorin A Interactions with Hydrocodone?

Swim was in a nasty car accident recently and was given a perscription for Vicodin which is a Hydrocodone/Apap mix. Hydrocodone is a narcotic pain reliever that works by binding to opioid receptors in the brain and spinal cord. Salvinorin A also works on the opioid receptors. Swim hasn't smoked any Salvia sense taking the Vicodin but instead of making him groggy or sleepy, the Vicodin has the reverse effect: it makes him more alert and awake.
He hasn't been perscribed ADD or ADHD, but it does seam interesting that it would make him more alert.
