Effects - are there any good effects of deleriants?

I live on the edge of the psyche/insanity. Wright or wrong i could not care less so spare me.

swim is interested to hear the positives of such drugs though I will probably be castrated just for suggesting such a taboo! Plz spare me. benedryl

are there any positive trip reports for these drugs considering how dangerous they are?

You're post is a little hard to follow, & I hope you're joking about being castrated lol.

Speaking of castration tho, Datura, a delierient caused a german boy to cut his own dick off & supposedly tongue off in his backyard with garden sheers, so that in itself should deter SWIy, at least a little, from trying delerients to get high.

If SWIy is trying to get high or have a hallucinogenic, IMO, SWIy should mos def. look elseware. Delerients are notorious for causing almost psychotic like trips in almost any1 who trys them (mainly atropine based botanicals; Datura, brugmansia, etc..). Personally having not trying anything but Diphenhydramine, and diphenhydrinate SWIM can say personally, the high was not in anyway desirable. With diphenhydramine/hydrinate the one and onlly remotely interesting trip created a feeling of being weighed down, shifting vision, seeing 1 trippy lsd like hallucination (& only one..) of a TV distorting in a liquid motion, seeing ants all over a window seal for a split second, & all the other trips landed SWIM in a coma like sleep for 16 hours within a half an hour. Read the erowid trip reports on delirients and SWIy will see that they are not a class of substances that produce euphoria or hallucinations, but rather extremly realistic illusions/delusions which are impossible to differientiate between reality & hallucination & last for split only a few seconds-minutes.

But really if SWIy is on the verge of insanity as you said, then SWIy shouldn't be taking any delirients as they will effect SWIy even more adversly.

feel free to judge for yourself. It's an intensely subjective high. From an objective standpoint all the effects would appear to be negative but for some people (like my raver friend) they find the experience exhilarating and intense. He's posted a few of his trips in the following thread.

If swiy likes real-halucinations (i.e. indistinguishable from reality) that can be a good effect. Swims found it to be much like dreaming while awake... the side effects were not particularly pleasant, but overall it was an interesting experience. Swim thinks it was good that he experienced it.

Swim likes the "IN THE ZONE" effect benadryl gives. It is rather hard to explain but if swim classified it as a kind of "intense passive concentration" feeling I'm sure some other swimmers could relate. It feels like your "in the zone" and concentrating intensely without being conscious of your intense concentration lol. I Know it sounds weird but it's the best way swim can put it. Put it this way, lots of people do diph more than once which means they went back for more. Swim has never fully tripped on benadryl he just takes it to get that drunkeness feeling.

as far as positive effect Swim would have to say...... Relaxation...then again only if swiy can get past the uncomfortablenesses . Also one ironic positive is the ability to stare some of the most scary things in the face and shrug like on one time swim heard of a individual seeing 3 foot tall spiders at his door. did he run? nope he merely shrugged and said "guess I'm not going out today"

yeah a friend of mine once had a good time on a very low dose of night shade (don't know anything about the dossage sorry, just know it was low) and a moderate dose of Morning glory seeds. He had a good time, but acted weird as hell

this kid was a low doser to begin with on the seeds tho, and no one really recommends mixing drugs until familiar with the effects of both. Look on erowid for some information on nightshades, they have more than any of us can really offer

SWIM tried taking about 20 benadryl a couple years ago, like most people do to trip on it, but SWIM just fell asleep for 10 hours maybe it's my body weight (180) or somethin, but it didn't work for me. neither did high doses of dramamine.

The recreational effects only set in after one manages to stay awake through the first wave of sleepiness. Then one will actually get stimulated by the diphenhydramine and won't be able to sleep for a while.

oh i see, that explains it. well, maybe if SWIM ever tries it again, he'll drink something caffeinated to stay awake and experience the effects.
