Menthol cigarettes feel stronger?
Hey all.
SWIM is not a very hard smoker. He only smokes about a pack a week which may have something to do with his very low tolerance. Anyway, SWIM would usually Marlboro Menthols because he really enjoys the after taste that doesn't taste quite as smokey as non-menthol cigarettes. SWIM has noticed that he often gets very dizzy when he smokes them. He usually just attributed it to low tobacco tolerance; but recently SWIM switched to Natural American Spirit brand cigarettes non-menthol and he does not get this massive dizzy spell like usual. Strangely, he still gets the nicotine buzz that he smokes to get.
SWIM has asked around a lot and no one seems to agree with him on this. SWIM would like to know if there is any reason that menthol would make him feel so different. SWIM knows there are many different possibilities other than just menthol. It could just be that the lack of additives in American Spirits are less harsh on his body?
Do any of SWIy notice something like this with other brands or types of cigarettes?
