Human Subjects
So SWIM wants to do a study in which he administers homemade Salvia to 100 people and record superficial observations (like feelings...thoughts). In other words, swim is not checking any medical topics...like blood pressure and junk.
In California, Salvia is only illegal to sell to minors. All of swim's subjects are over 18...and this shouldn't violate the Analogue Act or whatever it is...since swim is not selling it. His question is though....do his subjects need to fill out any forms? SWIM will lay out to the subjects what they are ingesting..and what to expect. But swim isn't sure if he actually needs a federal document for them to sign....or just a bunch of signatures agreeing to not sue SWIM. Thanks, Sal-A |
