DMT released upon death?
Hey everyone, first i would like to say that i don't do DMT. But there was this interesting question brought up on a phone in thing on the radio today (tripple J if anyones interested). 2 scientists are on the line to answer these questions, one of them is Dr Karl if you know who that is. Anyway, this bloke rings up and he tells them that he just recently tried DMT which didnt go down to well lol, but his question was this.
'I read that the drug DMT naturally occurs in the body and that on death, this drug is released into the brain, making it euphoric, is this true?' Neither scientist knew if this was true or not, but i thought the question was interesting enough to post here. What do you guys think?
