So a good friend of mine told me this story about his 2nd time smoking weed. It started out really good. Like his eyes started getting numb and squinty and he could tell his hands were cold but it really did not matter. Everything was just happy. And it all seemed so familiar from his first experience. He was smoking with his sister who was also somewhat new to it and a friend who had done it for a long time was smoking a cig beside him. So when they had finished, they all decided to go back home.
When they were all walking home, my friend randomly had a weird feeling in his stomach, like something warm overturned. And a wave of anxiety came over him. But that quickly passed in return for this incredible sensation. It just all hit him at once. Like right when he blinked it all appeared. Kind of like when you're at a club and there are strobe lights and you only see every other bit so it looks like you're going in slow motion. Or it also looks like a crappy video game where it takes a fraction of a second to load for every frame. Sorta like lagging. It was amazing. Felt like being in a video game. But that passed for him fast unfortunately. It seemed that whenever he realized that it was happening, he would blink and it would disappear. It would only come back if he didn't think about it.
So on the way home, my friend and his old smoker friend decided to take a different way from the other two. It was completly random and a choice made out of anxiety. The feeling that this was a bad thing washed over him and for a bit he felt like he should go to the hospital. But his friend calmed him down saying it was totally normal, when in reality it had never happened to her. On top of all this, when he was walking, it seemed that everything was twisting or flasing. Sort of like a checkerboard. And in the corner of his vision, it was normal vision, but there were streaks of light. It was quite amazing.
So when they all got home, my friend was pacing the kitchen with a HUGE smile on his face. Couldnt take it off. His cheeks would have burned from smiling so much but he was so fucked. He couldn't sit down and he kept walking. Then out of absolutely nowhere, he felt like he was being forced backwards. Like possibly not forced, but the way he said it at the time was that "it seems like everything is backwards, when I want to go forwards I go back". He told me it was like if you spin around in circles, even when you stop you feel like you NEED to keep spinning.
Him and his friend went up into his room. This was the greatest point in the high. Paintings were popping off the walls, everything was just so amazing and colourful. He sat down on his bed with his friend, laughing at everything and just going "oh my god this is so wonderful what is happening. I'm tripping out so hard." So his friend told him to make fists with his hands. At this point, he realized that if he tries really hard he can make everything go away. But it is extremely hard. So his friend asks him to make fists with his hands. (like clentch, then unclentch) He tries it and is able to for a couple of times but after he gets this amazing warm feeling all over his body and everything goes numb, but in this fantastic way. And he tries to do the fist thing again and it feels like his hands are made of rubber and that his body is made of rubber and it just feels so good for him to make any movement.
So my friend decides that he needs water. So they go down to the basement. There is a commercial on. There is something in the commercial, my friend can't really remmber. He thinks either it was a tree or from what he remembers like a dinosoar and it was dancing and singing and it seemed to last a while. He even started seeing things go by really slow and his voice seemed to get really deep and slow. Then he asked if things were going by in slow motion and his friend told him that he was just talking slow. That made him laugh histerically for about 10 minutes.
There was a bad part to this trip for him. His friend was having some sort of shiver attack - later thought to be anxiety from stress - my friend had a really bad trip and was hearing loud voices come from the tv and started pacing and thinking bad things. He then realized that music would help him calm down. He put in the earphones and it seemed that INSTANTLY the music put a huge smile on his face. Comfortably numb by pink floyd was playing. Then this weird vision that his whole head was made of red clay. It was cartoon. And this cartoon took out its earphones made of clay. Then out of these earphones this blue streak of light from each phone shot into the ears of the clay head. And the light streaks looked real when everything else looked cartoon. This was also completely amazing.
After awhile, my friend could feel the effects of whatever was dying down. There were less outburts of "checkerboard vision". He still felt extremely high and kept laughing at everything. His red eyes confirmed he was still very high. After about 2 or 3 more hours of watching god knows what on tv, my friend walked his friend to the bus stop so that she could go home. He was still laughing at very childish things, like when she made a woosh noise and he laughed for another 10 minutes.
Once she went home, he felt very energized and ran all the way from the bus stop. He got home and went on the computer. He felt wide awake and extremely happy. This lasted until he went to sleep that night. The next morning, my friend told me that he felt amazing and that the experience was just greater than anything he had ever experienced.
This was from smoking about 2.5 grams of weed. It was in receipt paper. The filter somewhat unraveled near the end - He didn't roll it.
