Setting - Taking Mushrooms in Public Places: Museum, Art Gallery, Mall, etc...

Hey, the only places SWIM has done shrooms is on a pathway within a small forest in the middle of a large city and it was good (although there were quite a few hikers ). He has also done it in his house, a cabin with 10 other friends (kinda bad experience - too many ppl around), and randomly strolling around downtown in a city. He has wondered what it would be like to trip at visually appealing places like the museum and the art gallery or even at busy places like the mall. Has anyone tried tripping in those settings or completely different places? And if SWIM decides to trip alone (which he has not done yet), is it still a good idea to trip in those places?

In the middle of NYC was the setting of my raver friend's only experience with magic mushrooms. He walked around where his college buildings are (which is in the middle of lower manhattan) among crowds of people, in the streets, on the bus, and finally found comfort in the refuge of his dorm and didn't really want to go out into the "outside" at all, or even consider it a possibility. He was too comfortable listening to music and just living.

As a general rule my raver friend refuses to really plan his trips, like planning a specific destination. He likes to let his trips manifest themselves in the moment. Not drop, then watch a really trippy art exposition or concert.

SWIY did this alone I assume? ....and he enjoyed it? because it is his only experience, if SWIY liked it, wouldn't SWIY do it more than once? or SWIY can't find anymore?

In such an urban island that NYC is, my raver friend doesn't find magic mushrooms growing through the konkrete jungle very often. He enjoyed it, he just doesn't actively pursue it due to the inflated prices.

But he wasn't alone. He was actually accompanying someone tripping for their first time because they wanted someone well-versed in trippy drugs to be there for it as a comfort. He never really enjoys tripping alone much, then it becomes way too self-centered.

but tripping alone, the best advice my friend can give is to truly be alone. Not alone in the sense of not knowing anyone around you, but being secluded hiking alone is great. Or being alone in a safe environment like an empty house or something where there is a defined safe area where no one has reason to intrude. That's the best advice my friend has for tripping alone.
