Experiences - Cannabis doesn't feel good anymore

ok guys i need some help from you.

lastnight swim was at a party and (he has not smoked for a couple of weeks) and swim took a bong hit. then he started to feel really warm, and then he went on a path of extreme hell. he felt like he was having an outter body experience, and was not ok and thought other people were noticing how high and messed up he was. swim could not find the joy in this high and just felt uncomfortable and spaced-out through out the night. swim wants to know why this might be. swim used to blaze all the time on the weekedns and befor school and then stopped and started doing a lot of harder drugs such as coke, oxycotton, drinking a lot, and lots of painkillers. could you please offer some advice?

It happens to many people, and until one starts smoking regularly and getting used to the effects, it may cause paranoia and discomfort.. Smaller doses more frequently, until one is used to it can help, but many just quit altogether..

swim experienced almost exactly the same thing. The strangely powerful uncomfortable feeling that everyone knows how high you are and are inwardly judging you on your inability to take a simple bong hit. Oftentimes, swim found that they are very well aware that you are very stoned, and don't say anything because the fact that your very uncomfortably high makes them feel uncomfortable. Being swimself, swim forced his way through the feeling, and forcibly made swimself go with it. Afterwards, swim took a little break from mary, and did a little self-reorientation. Go as long as swiy feels swiy needs to, and smoke only when swiy feels that swiy is very comfortable and in a relaxed atmosphere. After swim found that the problem almost never resurfaced.

SWIM has been smoking for many years and sometimes still gets uncomfortably high in the wrong situation. This is not unusual.

This happened to SWIM at a point in his life as well. He used to love smoking and then one day when he was about 20-21 years old this happened to him and now he gets it every time he smokes. Because of this the only time he smokes anymore is if he is by himself and/or in combination with another substance that makes him social like alcohol or benzos. Most of time, benzos, because if he smokes when he has been drinking he is liable to get the spins.

yea after swim has done blow, oxy, lots of pills, he likes the high wayy batter than pot because he can "control" or be more on point with those drugs and when he is on pot he is less social and dosent feel as good

And Swim thought he was the only one with this feeling. Swim is much more functional on other drugs than pot. Even painkillers, which cause Swim to be just as lethargic, unmotivated, and antisocial, the paranoia of pot just causes to much negative for Swim. Is Swim the only one who still got paranoid even with habitual use?

yea. swim used to smoke pot like 15 grams a week or mre very often. and thats jsut by himself never mind getin smoked out. he hadnt smked a decent amunt for weeks then last night he smoked 4 grams in a go and he got very anti-social and uncomfortable. so yea, paranoia and ucomfortable feelings can def happen wen u get very high.

Swim smokes danky shit and doesn't know what ya'll are talking about. Swim functions way better when smoking. He actually kinda likes people when he's high.

swim doesn't smoke anymore because the paranoia effects are just too uncomfortable. Never used to happen before swim did shrooms a couple of times.

No idea why this happens now. But, swim knows all to well the discomfort/paranoia you are talking about.

SWIM does smoke nearly every day but usually at home in a secure, comfortable environment. He likes it better that way.

swim used to go through an ounce every 2-3 days, with ALOT of people around. Of course it was kinda shitty weed, b.c.'s or beasters to be precise. But even still, for some odd reason swim still had a few uncomfortable highs, even with people that swim had been smoking with for years.
Now, swim, through his new jobs, got a few good connects for really really good bud. The quality of the weed def makes a huge difference in the high and the paranoia that will occassionally result. The high feels cleaner and the social anxiety more or less goes away.
Maybe swiy should start smoking better weed?
Other than that, swim don't agree with the title of the thread. Pot has always made swim feel good. Anxious and stressed at times yes, but still good.

Haha , sry man didn't mean to demean your post in any kind of way. I just meant to comment.
If you'll look at my previous post you'll see that swim agrees with you that weed can make you uncomfortable, and paranoid on certain strange occasions. But due to swim's personality, he generally enjoys the uncomfortable high, since it actually makes him feel alive, being judged by those who normally wouldnt judge.
Other than the quality of the weed, the only other thing swim can think of is a change of inward, or outward environment. (Again, sry mate, I'm just trying to give you honest feedback, not judge)

What drugs had swiy done the day of smoking weed, and the day before. Swims noticed that certain chemicals will leave a sort of residual high/trip that can be brought out via marijuana, several hours after one has come down.

SWIM loves cannabis, but a few days back he felt extremely strange and vomited a lot and he said while he was throwing up, he was buzzing as if he was on a hard drug, like he was going to die almost and he spent about an hour just lying down with his eyes closed saying to himself 'AHHH im never smoking green again' but a few days on hes got over it and is bang on it again . Cannabis can be shockingly intence!

This happened to SWIM a while ago for a short period. SWIM used a melatonin supplement each night for a few days/a week and tried smoking again and his experience was much better. Apparently cannabis has some interactions with melatonin release, so I advice giving this a go

swims noticed that ever since shes been fuckin with opiates weed dosent hit as hard anymore also swim smokes 3 blunts a day so maybe swim should take a week or 2 break that usely helps with getting high again swims had tons of friends do it and they got dumb ass loaded after doing the long worth wait smokin GRAPEZ
