Sexual - Lexapro (Escitalopram) and Anorgasmia

SWIM's doctor prescribed him 20MG Lexapro for depression and generalized anxiety disorder. Initially he had a bad reaction to it; body tension and overall feeling of 'frustration' seemed to overwhelm him to the point where he had to go home from work. 4 days later, the feeling has mostly subsided however it comes back during sexual intercourse. He is able to 'perform' but he is unable to achieve orgasm (male).

I know that this is a common side effect for anti-depressants, particularly when one gets started off on such a high dose. SWIM is wondering if these side effects will become less severe as his body tolerates the drug. Results vary depending on people and what drug they are taking, so has SWIY had any experience with these side effects? Is there a light at the end of the tunnel or should SWIM request a different medication? Thanks
