Does anyone have any realistic idea why the UK only seems to get supplied with brown Heroin No.3 and none of the superior No.4 like the U.S?Also on a similar note there doesnt seem to be any fentanyl or similar in the U.K (although im pretty sure SWIlisaj has mentioned using it) can anyone think of a reason for this?

there is for sure fentanyl and similar in the UK, just its probably not as prominent at the black market, rather at the doctors office

why the difference compared to the us? no idea, i always thought US heroin and opium is bad since the mexicans are not too good at making it, whereas the europeans get the good stuff from the middle east

Its not the Mexican H that SWIM is referring to, its the Asian...

Anyway SWIM was unaware that fentanyl was used in a medical sense in the UK, but there are much stronger opioid analogues than fentanyl what are they used for legitimately? SWIM was under the impression that these chemicals were produced clandestinely in the U.S but maybe that answers part of the original Q - Maybe there is just no black market chemists producing these kinds of drugs in the UK...

well some are for human medicine (sufentanyl) (not sure about uk though) and the stronger ones are for animals or just plain illegal, carfentanyl being one afaik

At swims work they use fentanyl patches (NHS)

Swim never had Asian heroine (white nr4) not when he was living in Amsterdam or in London.(long time ago)

Swim been told in South Africa heroine nr4 is normal.

And when he was in Thailand he only wanted yaba...
