USA - List of states online prescriptions don't ship to?

Does anyone know which states (I think there are 7) In which online prescriptons medications can not be shipped via online ordering?

Swim tried to order his Tramadol online only to be told later that his order could not be shipped because he lives in the state of TN.

Swim doesn't live far from MS, so if MS does not have the same restriction he maybe could order from a MS ship to address.

Then again MS may also be a no go.

Any idea on which states have this restriction?
