Effects - 2 things swim notices right after shooting up

cigarettes taste completley different, and swims vision becomes quite blurry. Does anyone else experience either of these effects?

When Red Rock first started shooting heroin, he would get the blurry vision and that would be a sign of a great high. Towards the end of his using, he would no longer get that

SWIM doesn't necessarily think a cigarette tastes different, but he does enjoy them more, and he also tends to chain smoke while on it.
He gets the blurry vision, too.. usually associated with a "nod." Especially if he is nodding and he blinks, usually it takes a little bit for his eyes to focus again.

The opposite of that, and the worst in SWIM's opinion is when you are getting sick with little to no hope of relief, and you just have some already washed out cottons that you know aren't gonna have shit left in them, but you cook them up anyways. That fucking nasty mostly-water taste SWIM can always taste in his mouth too and he hates it.

Funnily enough SWIM is gonna go shoot some old cottons in a bit. If is tastes of anything SWIM will shoot it if it doesn't SWIM wont

Cigarettes are delicious after shooting up according to swim, and a must. They almost seem to add to the effects, feels like one is smoking a joint.

Swim agrees cigs go great with dope but hell what doesnt. Swims vision doesnt get blurry really but the taste in the mouth after a hit is great. Swims hearing will go for a little when doing speedballs.

Does an anyone else get an intense itchiness on the arms, palms and sometimes even the feet. SWIM usually takes this as having had a good shot. Also SWIM enjoys the taste you get in the mouth when IV'ing.

This particular SWIM has found the itchiness thing to be better/worse dependant on how pharmacutical (By this SWIM means when he shot up MST, his feet curled inside-out and palms went SUPER itchy) the gear is. The taste in the back of the throat is also one of SWIMs' telltale signs.

But above all, feeling SWIMS chest tighten, and a kind of fuzzy feeling in the front of the head is a good hit for sure.

Swims chest and throat get tight and she gets that taste in her mouth, especially when it is the first shot done over a week. That the best. Swim always gets a second rush when she starts to drive again (cause swim never waits to get home to do her first shot when she gets one) and realizes how high she is. Then its like a race to beat the nod home.
