Effects - Heroin inducing sudden incontinence?

Hi,

I am not a drug user and I never intend to be one. I have been lurking on and off on this board for a few months and i know this board is run well and you guys are able to conduct conversations in a non-personal manner, so I hope you don't mind me asking a question that may seem a bit odd.

I know that heroin has a long term tendency to induce constipation, but can it cause someone to need a crap urgently right after they have taken it?

No, not unless that person has some crazy bio-chemistry. If this has happened, it is more likely a different substance in the heroin that was used to "cut" it, or make it appear as though there is more heroin by putting in something else, like a laxative.
That could cause someone to have to crap so ugrently.

If you have been shooting for a long time there seems to be a bizarre kind of connection formed between your conscious mind and your body, sometimes the mental excitement and stimulation of knowing you are about to take a shot, or taking it (especially if you are starting to heat up), can induce physical reactions like that. SWIM's body will occasionally start trying to throw up, or have to go to the bathroom, right when he gets home from a dope run and is super excited.

SWIM thought that happened to SWIM only. When walking home with it SWIM often starts heaving and sometimes have been sick. Also the smell it gives off when cooking makes SWIM heave too.

It can certainly make you heave, especially if someone is in to smoking it then the taste and smell of it can cause gagging and even vomiting. As for incontinence, i have never heard of such a thing and as mentioned it should be the opposite. The only thing i can think of that is related is when someone is in withdrawal, other than that i can't see what would cause it.

SWIM has also always had the opposite when SWIM used. Constipation and inability to urinate after smoking. Never had the gag reflex, but the anticipation was almost a good as the high if deprived for a while.

When swim in his younger days still smoked heroine.

He needed a shit with the first smoke, if he didn't he would be constapated for days !!

He would be constapated anyway, but even more so if he didn't go to the toilet with his first smoke !

When he smoked heroine he wouldn't have a shit for days 3-5-10 days sometimes. And when he finally did it was painful......(very,very,very, hard shit !)
