Extraction - Simple water extraction of mescaline

could one make "san pedro tea", evaporate it, scrape up the residue and put it into capsules (or possibly smoked)?

i have searched and not found an answer, forgive me if this has been covered already.

I think that's do able.

But you can't smoke it.
