I live in New Jersey USA does anyone know what the laws are for having shrooms? I have herd from some that if they are wet they are fine, kinda like the laws with San Pedro's, but if they are dry then you are in trouble. Does anyone know what the legalities are?? I also know for a fact that states like Florida have laws, since they grow naturally, that if they are wet it is not illegal but when they are dry they consider them in preparation for distibution depending on amount to intect to consume.. It seems like shrooms have a very grey area in the law!!
