Re: Quick help required plz

Tell your Swim not to overdrink. Stick to 500ml / hour. If Swiy is not taking anymore pills and the effects are wearing off, Swiy might not need as much. Urinating is hard, yes, but Swiy just has to concentrate. As hard as it may seem in this state, take a magazine or book into the loo, sit down and completely chill out. Relax. Massage Swiy lower stomach and exert mild pressure on the bladder. Swiy just has to relax and it is hard but fluids will flow out when they have to.

Swiy can have a warm shower or bath to relax Swiyself also.

Swim pissed, the colour was probably a little lighter than usual. Nothing drastic so swim is really confused now. What next?

Swim must agree, you need to chill out. It's ok, it really is and so will you be.

Swim is trying to chill out but with this migrane its near impossible to do anything. What's the cause of it then if it's not dehydration? Swim is sure it keeps getting worse.

SWIY needs to RELAX. Long nights tend to take their toll upon the body and mind; its that simple. Headaches come on for a plethora of reasons: dehydration, caffeine withdrawal, use of certain chemicals, stress and/or panic attacks (which judging from these posts, sounds likely). SWIY pushed the limits last night so give the body some time to soak up the liquids and just relax. If SWIY is so concerned about his/her safety and well-being he/she should think about emergency care.

A handy thing to do is to suck on an ice cube. It means less water intake and helps with the gurning.

Re: Quick help required plz

migraine is probably swelling of the brain from drinking too many fluids.
