Observation laws? U.S.A.

Okay. Soooooo after much research, I've come to the conclusion that you can only be watched while taking a drug test if your first test got rejected or it's a follow up, or they have good reason to think you will try to cheat. Although, for people on probation, it's a different story. Is all of this correct?

I can't find DEFINITE answers. But it would appear those are general guidlines most places follow at least...

Swim really needs to know becasue he bought a powdered urine kit, and wants to know if he will be able to use it or not...

Chances are prettttttty slim that he'll fail his drug test. Right now, it's Thursday night, and he's going to keep using amphetamines(adderall. he's taken 60mg so far. 20mg at 1 o'clock, and 40 at 7 o'clock), and he'll have his drug test Wednesday morning at aproximatedly 8:30. This means he has a little over 5 days for his body to clean up, and he's going to keep drinking a lot of water over the next couple days, and test himself the day before he goes to make sure he's safe. Which amphetamines show up in urine an average of 2-4 days(2-5 from some sources). So he's pretty safe.

So anyway. Am I right about those rules for drug testing or not? He doesn't want to even bring it the powdered urine with him if he knows they're going to find it on him somehow...
