Drug info - Questions about medium sized indoor grow

Swim's friend came to him for help she wanted swim to help her set up a grow that would yield around 1kg per crop.

Swim thinks she should get 3 600w lamps two HPS one halide and use flouros for veg and mothers. because of cost and quality swim and swims friend decided to grow in soil (plagron allmix).

Swim would like to know:

How many metres squared would that amount of lighting cover, with proper extraction and Anti-detection foil would this show up on FLIR? would that amount of lighting lead to a drastic increase in her electricity bill.

Does this sound a good idea to other swimmers swims friend hasn't grown before but with swim always on hand (swim is fairly experienced in growing for personal use and knows how to grow)

Any suggestions would be great
