FIRST id just like to remind people that EVERYONE is different in body and mind. Therefore not all applies to all.
I'd like to commend some posts above because they are right about the water food sleep and not sure if I saw it but hygiene. Someone I I know/knew (SIK) would get really frucked up on dope and for days would go with out (or very little) all of the above. It got rely bad for them but they knew they couldn't stop using. So thanks to this site and a little bit from others they got some extremely valuable information.
For water the is no I way around it. You have to drink it and a lot of it. This person would fill up those milk-gallon jugs of water and make himself drink AT LEAST that between 6-midnight.
For food they struggled. So they took the easy route and and copied their old work out days-Shakes!
Very easy and soooo good: 8oz milk, one scoop protein powder, one whole or half banana (crucial for recovery), real natural honey add desired (preferably organic/farmers market) , and ice as desired- Blender not optional.
This person also ate cheerios with banana for breakfast and snacks.
Add to this some frozen fish oil gel cap and multi vitamins and you should never see another D Hangover again. This SIK would use Animal Pack at least every pretty fair depending on how much meth
would be consumed.
Of cost this is what I was told.
Lastly, this person had other friends who just were just simply not cut out for routine or binge meth use.
This person however worshiped meth because he was able to kick his uncontrollable addiction
pills (oxy and roxy) using nothing but meth in ten days or less. This might sound crazy but meth had some very beneficial properties for this person: computer programmer who words his best code while on this stuff.
