Suppose swim aqcuired a good amount of DMT aswell as some harmaline/harmine extract.

What would be a good dose of each chemical for SWIM if it is his first time with oral DMT.

I think it would be something like 400mg harmaline, followed an hour or an hour and a half later by 30-40mg DMT. I would also advise you to take some anti-emetics.

100mg of a/b extract of perganum harmala alkaloids has been reported to work just fine. 400mg sounds like an excuse to vomit repeatedly....

I've seen someone online selling freebase harmine and they reckon 1/2g is enough for 10 doses. I was considering getting some to take in combination with shrooms or before a heavy ganja smoking session.

100-150mg of harmaline is fine for the maoi effect. more will just give you side-effects of the maoi, which, depending on what you're looking for, can be helpful or detrimental to your journey.

the oral dosage for the dmt can vary...anywhere from 20mg to 200mg, depending on purity and desirable experience. start low, and work your way up.

wait about 30 min. after taking the maoi to take the dmt.

Do NOT take anti-emetic meds. You are dealing with an MAOI! Good guns & butter...The Native Folks in South America (Turtle Island) have been using this material for thousands of years and know to cleanse your body by fasting. White Man sayes take a pill and go ahead? NO! MAOI's are very dangerous drugs. You stop eating at LEAST a day previous to taking such. Drink some liquids like fruit juice and water. Clean yourself out.

Anti-emetics tend to contain anti-cholinergics. Like datura- though synthetic. While they may not cause you to get sick and die, the effects of these on an MAOI such as the harmala alkaloids may well profoundly alter your experience to a remarkable degree. Such that a Shaman could only unravel.

Clear you body out. Wait. Then proceed if you choose. MAOI's like harmaline et al are not to be taken lightly. Especially if you are going to also be using a dialkyl-tryptamine on top. Harmala alkaloids are well known, in some circles, to make the visions very bright. Read: Mix this with a low-key atropine like dramamine to reduce nausea - wind up with a full-blown trip on something like Jimson Weed.

I studied these plants and alkaloids many years ago and did extensive research in them. Among <koff> other things. Be damned careful and take your time. I will never forget having to find out how to drum down a friend of mine who had a heart attack on them as a result of not being properly prepared. Though he thought he was. His heart rate was about 300 beats per minute and he was unconscious. I managed to get his heart to follow a drum slowly lower and lower until it was around 100 bpm. I'm new here and have not UTFSE, so pardon if this topic is old news; but, close relatives on the evolutionary chain that volunteer in the lab say that snorting spice is grrrreat: very intense and intrusive and awe inspiring, and very much capable of providing the cherished "break-through" experience.

It is indeed possible to snort DMT and trip without using any MAOI. It must be ground very very fine and the nasal passages should be clean and moistened. The correct full dosage is 125 milligrams (compared with smoking it at 50 milligrams). Bigger dosage. However, the trip lasts longer. 20 minutes typically. The big negative with it is nasal burn. It will often feel like the inside of your nose is on fire. A few people like doing it this way, most do NOT like it. Be aware that snorting it may hurt intensely and ruin the trip.
