Injecting - To prevent overdose Need Best step by step information on injecting Heroin

my friend is 21 is a heroin addict he is on methadone and other tablets,he has smoked for years but likes to inject,when he has been injecting he has been getting other experienced people with him to do it,he just needs the right advice when he gets a street bag ie (0.3-0.5) of a gram,how much water to put in the cap ie a full pin of water or 2 ect??,and how much citric acid out of the little sachets,and how much does he fill up on the pin when its cooked up to inject? ie 0.50mil ect,and how many hits can he get out of 0.3-0.5 gram bag ie (2 pins full to 0.70 out of a bag) or 3 pins full to 0.50 out of a bag please please help in detail as he could put too much into a pin and od,thanks

This all really depends on the user. SWIM uses about 0.7 a time and dilutes this with 0.80ml of water (1ml needle) and a full sachet of citric. So I would suggest for SWIY to maybe put 0.50mls of water on each and do 3 separate hits. For each SWIY could probably get away with using less than half a sachet of citric for each. Remember that SWIY always get more back than SWIY put in because of the heroin and citric acid. You should end up with about 0.60mls for each, more if you use vit C.

thanks for reply pal,so if he gets a bag a street bag a half bag,he wud use a full pin to fill the cup up?and half of a sachet of citric?and he would be able to get 3 good hits at 0.50 mil on the pin??or cud he maybe get 3 pins of 0.60mil hits?? thanks

The important thing here is how much Heroin swimethadone is going to use! If this is swiys "FIRST" IV hit?~You want to be using about half of the amount you would normaly have to smoke to obtain a nod per hit!
The amount of water is not that important 0.7mls~1mls remember a small amount of liquid will be lost in cooking and filtering.
Citric approx "3 parts heroin-1 part citric" More water less sting!
Again be sure the H is usual strength "Not extra strong"
Don't no swiys situation but first dig always use caution better alive pissed off with Q for saftey advice! Than swimmer dead and~well dead!

thanks for reply mate,if you dont mind me asking wot is swim? and swiy? and words like that,my friend wants like the step by step,he puts the hole bag into the cup,ie 0.3-0.5 of a gram so how many hits can you get out of that (that will make you goof) ie when cooked up 3 pins of 0.50mil (heroin) or cud you get 3 0.60mil pins full (heroin)many thanks

I take it that SWIY uses a danicup? If SWIY dont know what that is it is the pan/spoon. They are given out at exchanges. For one dig SWIY should really split the bag in 3 and use 1 portion.

Put the gear in the pan with just a little under half a sachet in there. Then fill SWIY pin up to about halfway (0.50). This should be enough water and citric to dissove this much H. If you do this SWIY should get about 0.60 back. Suck it up using a cotton and then you should still have enough left for 2 more hits. If this isn't a good enough high for you I would suggest maybe adding a bit more next time. The thing is until SWIY have experience of doing this it is quite difficult to guage how much citric to use. It is always best to use as little as possible though as it does damage the veins after repeated usage. Let me know how SWIY get on. I know this is a nighmare as SWIM has recently started injecting too.

People on the forum use SWIM (someone who isn't me) and SWIY (Someone who isn't you) in order not to self incriminate.

So SWIY are wanting to put the whole lot on the spoon. This will make the concentration of heroin much higher. SWIM would not want you to overdose. However if this is what SWIY would want to do you can put as much water on as SWIY like. The concentration of heroin will be weaker but if SWIY are wanting 3 seperate hits then I would advise you to use 1.5mls (a pin and a half) and use a little under a full sachet of citric. Then cook it up and draw 0.50mls up and there should be a full 1ml left for a further 2 digs.

However splitting the heroin in 3 and using 0.50ml would probably be better and is just as easy.

The amount of hits you can get out of a bag varies wildly from one person to another and to state that a certain amount of heroin will make you goofy would be silly and a little dangerous of SWIM. When SWIY does it push it halfway in and if you feel ok then push the other half in. Just to be safe
