opensource pharmacology initiavice. is there an opensource pharmacology like opensource source code for computers? is this a possibility? like a network of chemists around the world researching active substances, working with eachother and having the patents owned by a gnu style licence. the licence could even require that for a pharmasuitical company to manufacture the drug it had to do certain things, like contribute to the opensource pharmacology network somehow. when there are drugs which cost $$$$$ a dose something isn't working right, no doubt the pharma companies did have some research fees but as they are so profitable, they must be overcharging.

maybe nobody would want to do this, but people write computer programs for free so maybe they would.
