Will a “Nummy” of coke cause SWIM to fail a drug test?
Ok so here is the deal, SWIM abused Oxy’s for about a year and after progressing into a 240 mg habit a day he recently decided to get help, he came clean to his family and is in a Suboxone treatment program among other things (therapy, meetings, ect.) As others may know when you are on Suboxone you have to pass weekly drug tests for a period of time.
Well SWIM has been clean for just over a mouth now, and has passed three drug tests, all totally clean with just the subs showing up. But right now SWIM is freaking out, prob for no reason but none the less he is. SWIM has an apt. tomorrow at 10:30 AM, which means a drug test, on Sun at 4:00 PM SWIM wasn’t even thinking and didn’t a minuscule “Gummy” of coke, there was not even enough to scrape together a bump, literally it was just a tiny amount of dust left over on the table, it was not enough for SWIM to feel any type of high, his tongue did go a little numb however, Right after doing it SWIM freaked out because at first he didn’t think anything of it, but then realized that he was getting tested in the next few days and he had technically just done a drug.
SWIM has read that a single use is out of your system after 48-72 hours, well what is a single use? One Gram, One line? One bump? One Gummy? 46 hours will have passed since SWIM did the Gummy and he is pretty sure that he is panicking for nothing, but if he fails the test he has no idea what will happen and if they will take him off Suboxone which would just turn his life to shit again all over a stupid mistake of not even technically doing any drugs.
BTW SWIM is not new to this site, but he had not logged in for so long that his account apparently got disabled so he had to create a new one. Also SWIM searched and could not find much info about this, he knows the standard drug test stuff such as drink tons of water, take vitamins to color your pee, don’t give them a sample of your first piss, ect. But any advice or experience on this would really help SWIM help tonight, as it is 2:00 AM and he cannot stop thinking about this.
Thanks so much!
