im bored, and im beginning to get depressed so i decided i would use this forum to vent a little. there are a lot of people here who are quite knowledgeable to many things so maybe you can help. about 4 months ago in the beginning of decemberswim was doing quite a bit of pharmacutical opiates, at that pointswim had been using them for a couple months. one dayswim was on 30mg hydrocodone, and was sitting somewhere and remembers saying to themselves, this high is starting to feel like marijuana in that whenthey looked down attheir armsthey had a slight dissociation type thing that happens when they smoke pot. they had quit pot though because their heart had begun beating very fast when swim smoked. well the next few days they got little rashes and started becoming sweating whenever they used vic's. after this swim was sitting somewhere once again and began to feel VERY strange, and then before they could figure the shit out it was too late. over a period of about 5 minutes, something happened to swim. everything in there brain just felt fried, it was like they lost all contact with reality. honestly they looked at there gf, then at there friend, and could barely recognize them. they look at objects and become confused, they begin to test themselves. swim sees a book and says book and cant figure out what it means. to swim nothing feels real at all, the world has no meaning. since december swim has been going through this shit, its been like 4 months now. since then 1 of his friends committed suicide and another friend died during a surgery. then swim gets his gf pregnant so things are rough its just so hard. does anyone have any clue what the fuck did this to swim?swim didnt post this for sympathy they're just real confused about wtf to do with life now. by the way they had MRI's and were diagnosed with chronic sinusitis, but i doubt its from that. swim has the strangest disreality, they cant even smoke a cig without it making them feel like shit. so if u have any ideas, try me.

This is clearly from psychological problems, I am not saying you are
crazy, but with your drug use and all the other tough shit that has
been happening in your life it has paid a toll on your mental well
being. You probably should consult a shrink or a psychiatrist and you
may want to quit the drugs for the time being and see about trying some
anti deppressants or some 5 HTP. If you don't do something about this
(as it does sound quite serious) it will most likely get worse. Good
Luck.

You clearly had some kind of breakdown, Its not surprising with the
depressing and stressful events that have all happened to you recently!

Totally agree with the above poster, you need to see if you can get
some counseling hell just try and talk to some people if you can't
afford it. There are a ton of boards for people suffering from trauma
or depression I'm sure you could find a sympathetic ear there you could
talk to over messenger or something.

Some of the supplements and herbs for depression couldn't hurt and the price is low, 5-HTP and St. Johns Wort.

I feel for you man, you can always talk more here.

Though some will call me crazy, personally I find a psychedelic experience helpful whenever my depression gets bad.

Granted everyone if different.

thanks unico_walker. i'm just nervous i wont feel like myself ever again, considering its been a good 4 months and it hasn't improved. with the disreality i feel where i dont really know where i am is where i debated taking psychedelics because i dont want to make things even worse/make them permanent. plus the thing this disreality brought along, was for a while i couldn't tell the difference between hot or cold, and my heart has been racing around 130 beats per minute since all this shit came along. so im not sure whether or not a mushroom trip would gimme a heart attack or make me permanently damage myself mentally. i honestly cannot afford anyone to talk to and im not very popular on these forums so im thankful for anyone who hears me out or has advice. thanks.

how is your physical health? because with the stress that has built up in you, it has probably affected your physical and mental health. you should definately see someone that you can talk to, but try doing a little bit of exercise every day, maybe just 5 to 10 minutes a day of pushups and crunches, try jogging a little or even walking. my mom has been battling a combination of thyroid, lung and brain cancer for the last three years, and walking just a block from our houseand back does so much for her.
