Combinations - Spice Smoking Blend and MAOI Safety

Does anyone think there would be some sort of dangerous reaction from mixing Spice with a MAOI?

Swim has Spice Diamond and Syrian Rue, and would like to combine the two, but is worried about safety issues, since the Spice is pretty much an unknown substance, not to mention the herbs themselves involved.

You have answered your own question. How could anyone possibly say whether or not there might be a dangerous interaction if this unidentified molecule(s) is ingested along with an MAOI?

I would be very wary combining any smart product or smoke blend with MAOI's. IMHO that would not be a smart move. i.e. a very unsafe idea.

I wanted to pose the question still though. It's certainly much smarter than Swim mixing the two on his own without asking.


Swim will probably end up attempting the combo with sitters and a phone nearby, anyways, but not for a while.

I would posit that pursuing this experiment after reading these answers is actually more stupid. Willful foolishness is worse than that arising out of simple ignorance.

You have no idea what is in this product, so there is absolutely no safe way to take it with an MAOI - full stop. Ditto alfa's comment regarding Darwin.
