Oxiracetam

SWIM is intrigued by this substance and is going to test it soon.
He read its quite potent, not too long lasting (which is basically not soo good) and also has - in comparison to aniracetams motivated character - a rather relaxing character. how is this manifested? might it be contrary to wanting to be active, motivated, attentive?
or is it just rather less anxiety producing compared to other racetams.. ?

also other experiences are more than welcome
