This is a fairly low health bar to set for Spice, Smoke, ZoHai, Sence, Dream, Chillin xxx, etc, etc, etc, but since we don't actually know the ingredients in many of these mixtures, it's a tough question to answer.
My assumption is that medical research is lacking on many of the ingredients, which are obscure traditional plants revived and extracted for their cannabis-like reputations.
My cat informs me that he has found all of the legal highs to be harder on his lungs and chest than mary jane. He also reports chest and throat pains, particularly from Smoke, which is particularly popular in Ireland right now.
It seems slightly unfair to Spice, since they're the only guys who have listed ingredients, but Spice is about to disappear anyway so we'll start with those ingredients. Anybody with a better grasp of medical science know anything about the profile of any of these ingredients? All I've seen so far is what the manufacturers have told us, which in fairness, might not be the whole truth
