Health - First time advice

all of SWIMs mates have done MDMA in pill and crystal form ...also SWIM and his mates love trance, drum n bass and other electronic music. when a rave comes up SWIMs mates do pills and MDMA however, SWIM has never done it before and is worried about it killing him and other negative effects. SWIMs mates are always telling him how good it is and he is eager to try it!!! SWIM is a 18yo male and weighs 80kgs. the only drugs hes ever done before is weed. anyone got any advice for SWIM?

if it's from a trusted dealer that swiy's friends have made sucsessful purchases from before, then give it a go. Start where they started, and just take the experienced advice. Just the more you worry, the less of a good time you'll have.
Start small, you can always add.

and a big BTW, don't ever say that you specificly is involved in illicit activites. Self incrimination isn't just dumb, but against the rules

Look around the forums, ridiculous amount of info on here. Best advice I can give you is to educate yourself, harm reduction being most important. Also, if you're up, make sure you're pills are clean by performing a wash on them, a how-to of which can also be found on the forum. Take care.

If SWIY is worried about E killing him and having negative effects then he is clearly not ready to take it because he did not do any research on it. I would recommend you read up on everything you take before you do so.

Research it man, ask your friends about the dangers of it. Educate yourself on expected symptoms, and symptoms of overdose/allergic reactions. Read about how you should keep yourself hydrated/from over hydrating/how to not get overheated etc.

Find out what normal reactions are to this drug and what is not normal.

The only people who really die from MDMA are either undereducated or know the dangers and just do dangerous things anyway because they're stupid. Don't be one of those.

SWIM has read extensively on the effects of MDMA but he cant help but worry that he is 1 of 2 in 100000 people that have an extreme negative effect.
maybe SWIM just isnt ready. SWim told me to say thanks to all the people that have given advice

SWIM was also scared when first getting into chemicals, as i'm sure a lot of swimmers were, but you just gotta do it if you want to. But make sure you're ready.

One thing do not ever do is ask your friend for what the effects are. There is a 9 in 10 chances that they will tell you it is the best thing god game to man and it will improve your help and generally not know wtf they are talking about.

Do not EVER listen to friends who advertise a drug unless they can tell you EXACTLY how it works but then you'd have to know how it works in the first place to make sure they know.
