Combinations - The best herbal tea ever.

take a coffee pot with a plunger.
put into the pot-

1- 15gms of Erythrina mulungu (shredded bark)
2-15gms of loose dried chamomile flowers
3- 1 or 2 100%Kavalactones paper strips
4- 2-3 gms of fermented kanna whole tan leaf ( must be FERMENTED)
5- 10gms of shreded sassafras root ( make sure its untreated)
6- a few cloves, half a lime with juice(chopped fine), 2 tablespoon of honey, 1 heaped tablepoon of Monk's Pepper powder.

then top it up with 70c water and leave to sit for 20 mins, then press the plundger down, pressing all the herbs till all the liquid is out, then funnel of the liquid into four 300ml bottles and store in the fridge. shake them up before drinking as they do shed a sediment.
my cat thinks this drink is very euphoric, hypnotic, relaxing (great sense of well being and blissfulness) and sleep aid.
its the best invention my cat has ever come up with over the years of making herbal teas.
people may think its shite and does fuck all.
