swim is not looking forward to starting his detox today, swim has only been using everyday for about a week and a half, and every other day prior to his daily use so it shouldnt be too horrible. but swims main problem while DTing has always been extreme depression and regret for his past deeds so swim plans to spend the day keeping himself occupied with video games, movies and music. as far as the physical stuff goes swim is already freezing cold and has nothing to aid him in the DT process , any home remedies, tips, advice any other swims have for swim?
