I dont know the exact chemical explanation but i read somewhere that cocaine effects the same part of your brain that reacts to pornography when u watch that. So i guess that explains a little why it makes one so horny.

I think maybe I get sexually charged on a lot of things, but many of
them biologically make sex difficult. The reason coke is such an
erotic thing is it doesn't reduce performance. I find the same
