Vata buzz
Hi, my first thread, wee
 After diving into the world of indian medicine (ayurveda) some years ago, I started drinking vata tea, that gives me a warm, relaxed and content feeling. Somewhat of a very light buzz. I was wondering if anyone had taken the time to examine the individual effects of the spices, which are: Liquorice root Ginger Cinnamon Green Cardamom
