Drug info - Herbal Ecstasy? what's this?

Swim heard and read something about herbal/natural/legal ecstasy sold in smart shops.
but the question is, does it really work?
since there'll be several products (swim guesses..) which ones have the ecstasy-like effetcs?
swim remembers tryin some "dreamin pills" and other natural ecstasy pills in amsterdam years back, and remembers the effet was always the same: absolutely nothing.
any advice?

Herbal Ecstasy is a combination of herbs which is marketed as producing an ecstasy like effect. Some of these products do contain psychoactive stimulants. The most common constituents of these products are ephdra, caffiene, and kola nut (contains caffiene). The effects vary from placebo to coffee-like stimulation. A small minority contain extremely mild hallucinogens like Morning Glory seed (contains trace amounts of LSA). Really, none of these products mimic the effects of MDMA. It's just a marketing gimmick.

Give us some names and ingredients.

I say.. if its called explosion.. it might be a good (methylone in a vial).
If its called explode, then its kola nut and sida cordifolia and to be completely honest i dont think any herbal ingredient comes anywhere near to a recreational value.

Herbal e is all crap it used to have a lot of ephedra 5htp some dxm though thats not herbal. as for methalone its an RC and has VERY similar effects to E but short lasting but swim prefers it to E and can be found from certian RC suppliers still./
