Not at all, it is only if you start overdoing things and let your health suffer through lack of sleep, food, drink general upkeep of oneself that u will experience negative effects.

SWIM has absolute different experiences with MDMA and Meth/Ice. MDMA does not effect the erection at all, but make SWIM very gentle and searching for gentle body contact. Meth does effect the dick drastically and SWIM becomes an aggressive sex-machine with no regards to the others needs, something SWIM does not really like and leave him with no real satisfaction.

The physical effect of Meth can be suppressed with Viagra or Cavajet, the mental effect is much more difficult to work with. So SWIM moved to a position to avoid Meth as the main ingredient of a session.
